following resolution and transmitted the engrossed and enrolled copies                                                          
to the Lieutenant Governor’s Office for permanent filing:                                                                       
                                                                                                                                
          HOUSE CS FOR SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION                                                                                  
          NO. 15(L&C) Recognizing and honoring the                                                                              
          relationship between Canada and the state; and                                                                        
          recognizing the importance of the United States-
